Fixed: When a Outlook opens for the first time and no registry settings have been made, it created an error in the putsettings sub.

Fixed: Now the PropertyPage shows up in Danish versions of Outlook again.

Fixed bug, when starting Outlook and doing the first sync, it still shows the setup dialog, even dough the info has been entered once.

Changed some filenames for clarity.
It now works entirely in Outlook VBA, but there are problems with eGW's API via XML-RPC.
