- changed all booleans into tinyints because of psql compatibility

- posted update_phpgw_data in sojinn to the main egw_db class using schema_proc
- removed all mysql-backtickes through the whole codebase
- added functions.inc.php and add a global jinn conversion function for db compativbility
- made general object settings fully work in postgresql
- added edit general obj settings in developers object list for better accessablilty
these changes again a big step in the direction of postgresql support

Syncing Lingewoud's JiNN development Branch with eGroupware's trunk again after 
more than a year very intensive development. Please be very carefull with upgrading 
because this new JiNN is not completely compatible with the previous version in SVN. 
Especially relations will not always work out of the box.

CSV

- lots of improvements to the export to CSV functionality more compatible with OpenOffice and Excel
- Import CSV implementation with mapping profiles that can be save for later use

- JAPIE: first steps for the new JiNN API functionality: Rapidly create new apps using JiNN's Advanged CRUD features.

- created a site frontpages presenting all objects with shortcuts to create and list
- completed the new edit field properties form and add a lot field properties like visibility, order,label, readonly, etc..
- remove a lot of old plugin code
- moved almost every html to savant templates
- big class structure changes
- lots of lay-out improvements
- lots of code cleanups
- lots of bugfixes

bugfix: refactored session code exposed a bug in phpgwapi crypto class. patch was provided. In the mean time in the session class a workaround is added to prevent the bug from happening.

Translation of Traditional Chinese in UTF-8 version
I've tested it with the version RC5. Somebody in taiwan
who offered a series of functions to convert the
encoding from big5 to utf-8. It works fine~ Should I also
upload it for anyone who would like to understand the
big5 encoding??

- safety fix: add Alternative_upload_path_Leave_empty_to_use_normal_path in attachmentpath plugin to make a path outside the webserver docpath possible.
- move upload path checking to the form_input function so we don't have to use die and don't have to criple the form with ugly errors

fixed throught the whole system to work woth the new adodb abstraction layer keeping backwards compatibility (not tested  but must be), also class.db.inc.php must be fixed at a lot of places. There needs extensive testing. Adodb is nice but the implementation is not finished yet

freed 218,2KB of diskspace:
- removed old version 2 of htmlarea which from now on is unsupported,
- removed from now on unused htmlarea and htmlareaV3 subdirectory
- htmlareaV3 is now depreciaciated and htmlarea is now the one and only official JiNN WYSIWYG-plugin
- removed obsolete fip(form input plugins) and sfp (storage form plugins)  which are not used for a long time anymore

Finally added the long awaited configure objectview feature. 'Show all
columns' is now removed from the browse screen because it isn't
necessary anymore. Also removed browse button from browse screen. Users
can now select which column they want to view in the browse list, this
is saved in their preferences.
